Lisa Bailey
Managing Director
Lisa is described as someone who has the ability to be a radiator of positivity and inspire all those around her. She has a passion for people in all that she does which enables her to achieve great things both in her work and personal life. Lisa is dynamic, talented and a dedicated Human Resources professional who is able to instantaneously bring many years of comprehensive knowledge and expertise in all aspects of HR.
A proven track record for being driven and decisive with a passion for building and retaining highly effective teams. This has been achieved by leading at all levels, along with a very good measure of fun, enthusiasm, collaboration and strong comprehension of cultures to fully engage individuals and teams. Lisa always takes a proactive, positive and committed approach in pursuit of business objectives. Lisa possesses second to none business acumen and the ability to correlate strategy into daily operations.
In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family, playing tennis and mountain biking.
Andrew Grice
Director
Andrew will oversee the Operations of the Company across all geographic regions and across all Client profiles, developing managerial strategies encouraging organic growth.
Andy was instrumental in the setting up of a Manned Guarding operation in the United Arab Emirates and was more recently a co-owner of Senator Security. With over 30 years working in Security and Facilities Management, Andy offers a wealth of knowledge and experience to Ascot HR and is well placed to provide leadership and support as we grow and expand our operational footprint. Andy is a hands-on Director and is intrinsically involved in our portfolio management.
In his spare time, Andy also enjoys playing tennis and clay shooting.
